NewComex SAS is the holding company of the Procopi Group.

NerwComex owns 100 % of Procopi, an SAS (simplified joint stock company) whith a share capital of € 7,000,000 whose registered office is located in Le Rheu, (35), France.

PROCOPI registered a consolidated sales turnover in excess 60 million euros in 2007, 20% of which was generated by its export agencies. Procopi employs 350 people.

	PROCOPI Bénélux, situated in Jupille (near Liège), Belgium, responsible for the Belgian, Dutch and Luxembourg markets.
	PROCOPI Russia in Moscow, Russia, responsible for the russian market.
	PROCOPI Middle-East, located in the Emirate of Sharjah (United Arab Emirates) resonsible for the Middle-East, India and Pakistan.
	PROCOPI UK in Ashford in Kent, England.
