Its registered office is located at 4 avenue Le Verrier, Trappes, France.
NewComex SAS is the holding company of the Procopi Group.
NewComex owns 100 % of Procopi, an SAS (simplified joint stock
company) with a share capital of €7,000,000 whose registered office is
located in Le Rheu, France.
Procopi englobes the following subsidiary companies:
- Procopi UK, in Ashford in Kent, England,
- Speck Procopi Iberica in Barcelona, Spain,
- PIC Industrie GmbH in Erlangen, Germany.
- Procopi Benelux in Jupille, Belgium.
- Procopi FWI in Saint Martin, the West Indies
SALES ORGANISATION & STRTEGY, EXPORT
Export sales account for approximately
20% of Procopi’s sales turnover.
These sales are generated in almost
80 countries throughout the world.
Organisation of sales is centred around
three sectors:
- Northern Europe
This sector is divided between 3 subsidiary companies:
- Procopi Deutschland (officially PIC Industrie GmbH), based in Erlangen in
Germany, which handles the sales to Northern and Eastern Europe.
- Procopi Benelux, based in Jupille in Belgium, which handles the sales of Procopi's
products to Belgium, Holland and Luxembourg.
- Procopi UK, based in Ashford in England, responsible for sales to Great Britain and
the Republic of Ireland.
- Asia & Pacific
The Sales of our products to these two zones are managed by the Export Office in Paris.
A sales office in Moscow, Procopi Russia, is responsible for the distribution within Russia
while Procopi FWI in Saint-Martin provides a distribution center in the West Indies.
- Southern Europe
Based in Marseille, this department is responsible for sales to southern Europe and
Northern Africa. It also manages Procopi Middle East, the sales office that deals with
the Middle East and India.
Furthermore, SPI (Speck Procopi Iberica) handles the sales of our products to Spain.
LOGISTICS & STOCK
Given ProcopiI‘s basic activity, and that of
some Large Account clients, a significant
proportion of production must be carried
out in advance,so that we can be ready to
meet our Clients’ needs during the
following season.
This strategy necessitates strong logistic
support and huge storage capacity.
This is the reason behind the creation of
4 large logistic units in Guingamp,
Rennes, Marseilles and Pleumeleuc:
- Guingamp : 10 500m²
- Rennes / Le Rheu : 10 000 m²
- Pleumeleuc : 10 000 m²
- Marseille / Gémenos : 3 000 m²
MANUFACTURING PLANT
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
Procopi is proud of the fact that most of the products it distributes are designed in its own design offices and
manufactured in its own factories.
The strategic committee, taking the opinions and suggestions of the sales and marketing managers under
consideration, proposes the launch of new products. The design and development of these products is then
handed over to the R&D department.
Prototypes and pre-series designs are tested under realistic conditions in an in-house laboratory.
In December 2008, Procopi’s design office was awarded the “Trophée des Bureaux d’Etudes” (Design office
excellence award) at the trade show organised by the SCS (Systèmes-Composants-Solutions) and OPQIBI
(Organisme de Qualification de l’Ingénierie - French engineering qualification organisation). |

MANUFACTURING PLANTS
Equipment distributed by Procopi is manufactured in one of its 3 manufacturing plants, all of which are located in France :
- The Guingamp plant
The manufacturing plant located in Guingamp operates 24 hours a day. It is interesting to note
that Procopi is the only French company on the Swimming Pool Market to produce its own moulds.
For this purpose, the plant features tooling manufacturing workshops that house the most elaborate
technologies: machining centres, lathes and milling cutters, spark erosion, etc.
The Guingamp specialises in the manufacture of:
- Aquareva pool fittings
- Pools PPP andTropica
- MTi and Soliflow injected filters
Procopi is the only French company on the Swimming Pool Market to injection mould its own
PVC and ABS parts. The injection workshop comprises 9 presses (from 62 to 1,500 metric tons),
each equipped with a mould removal robot.
- Automatic covers (Delta range)
Procopi is, yet again, the only French company on the automated cover market to extrude the
PVC slats used to manufacture automated covers in its own factory.
- The Le Rheu plant
This plant, located near Rennes, occupies 15,000 m² of factory floor, and offices.
It specialises in the transformation of flexible plastics (PVC, PE).
The Le Rheu plant is notably
responsible for the manufacture of :
- The Pleumeleuc plant
Pleumeleuc, also close to Rennes, occupies 10,000 m² of factory floor and
offices.
This manufacturing plant specialises in Resin Transfer Moulding, the low pressure
injection moulding of composites.
Procopi adopted and mastered this technology, previously the exclusive domain
of the aeronautical and automobile sectors, to produce its range of RTM filters.
This manufacturing process meets the European Volatile Organic Compound
The following products are also manufactured at this site :
- Spas (Procopi and Spafrance range),
- RTM sand filters. polyester filters, injection products,
- Python sand filters, polyester filters, bobbin wound,
- Magic, Naja and Viper sand filters injection blow moulded polyethylene sand
filters,
- Climexel heat pumps,
- Climexel dehumidifiers,
- Hotline electric heaters and Climexel heat exchangers.

NewComex SAS is run by a Board of Directors and a Supervisory Board.
